Ceramic OEM Sensors
Preface
Using ceramic as membrane materials provides excellent chemical resistance to the medium, and excellent mechanical properties.
By using thick film technology in manufacturing the strain gauge structure it is possible to manufacture value-for-money high quality measuring cells. The conductive paths and resistors are screen-printed on with the appropriate pastes and then burned in.
Used by manufacturers of pressure transmitters and pressure measuring systems.
Features
- alumina ceramic sensor body
- highest chemical resistance to the medium
- relative or absolute pressure measurement
- high measurement signal due to the strain gauge bridge circuit
- extremely high insulation voltage
- integrated temperature compensation
- laser trimming for zero point and temperature compensation
- excellent cost-performance value
- available as OEM sensor (=assembled with metal pressure connection piece) or as measuring cell
